Créée en Octobre 2018, Radio Flouka est une web-radio basée à Paris, qui veut promouvoir les artistes de la scène underground de la région MENA, toute en étant ouverte à la scène locale et internationale.
Son objectif est d'être une plateforme de rencontre qui met en relation audiences et artistes, à la fois orientale et occidentale.
