Special Edition: “DANCE OR DIE” Paris Book Launch

Explity Music is back with the third edition of Endless Hardcore Summer, this time hosting the Paris launch of Dance or Die by Holly Dicker.
The night kicks off with talks, some in English, some in French, running until 00:00, followed by a lineup true to Explity’s core and connected to the book until 06:00.

The line up features some of their favorite DJ/producers : NY-based force Kilbourne, French pioneer Sentimental Rave, and baby-rata founder NEUROKILL making their Paris debut straight from Mexico. Explity artists complete the line up with B2B sets from Talita Otović, Karlfroye, DimberlaIK, and Claude Murder.

What is hardcore? It means many things to many people, and they’re all correct. It’s best described as a feeling, an attitude, a way of life. Based on a decade reporting direct from Berlin techno bunkers, raving with inflatables in decrepit British Holiday Parks, and chopping about Holland's sweat-slicked gabberhalls, Dance or Die presents the first critical study of the most diehard clubbing communities from the last 30 years.

Journalist and raver Holly Dicker hosts an opening context program together with Explity Music with a focus on the Paris rave scene past, present and phuture, and community-building from the dancefloor with special guests performing at the Endless Hardcore Summer clubnight. Join the debate, buy a book, drink, dance, rave, hardcore! These discussions will be held in English.
Sentimental Rave présentera ses recherches ‘Tribute to Liza N Eliaz’ en français.
